By purchasing this insurance coverage, I confirm that I have independently verified with the Federal Government that the moving company physically loading and transporting my household goods and personal effects is legally licensed and insured to perform these services. This company is approved for moving services only. Storage coverage of any kind is a specific exclusion of this insurance policy, and if the shipment is placed into storage at any point during the transportation process, coverage will become null and void, and no claims for loss or damage will be honored.
