Please allow me to introduce myself. I am Dave Pastore, and my company is Pacific Claims Service. Our involvement in the moving industry combined is over 50 years; twenty-two of those years were spent over the road as an owner-operator by me. Operations and sales round out the experience that will no doubt enhance the inspection and repair process that you would expect. We are very aware of the needs of the claim adjustor in relation to the timeliness of setting appointments, descriptive reports, communication with the carrier, as well as the overall professional image to your customer. Our staff has many sources for repair and restoration. We now also have a source for fine porcelain (Lladro, Hummel, etc.) repairs. We provide services including property damage repair, upholstery, refinishing, hardwood floors, leather repair, glass replacement, and minor appliances (legs, knobs, etc.) Digital photos will accompany all inspection reports. We service the Bay area of Northern California, the greater Sacramento area and other areas upon special request.
