I keep getting this message. Is something wrong?
Sometimes a browser may be configured to reject cookies, which means that we cannot identify you as you complete the application. If that is the case, then you will see this page every time you try to start the application. To fix this, you will need to configure your browser to accept cookies. This is not hard to do, and can be useful as many other sites use cookies to assist with logins and user identification. Please follow the steps below to enable cookies in your particular browser. If your browser is not listed, or the directions do not match what you see on the screen, then please consult your browser's documentation or help file for information on how to enable cookies.
